A mummy + A hobby = a colourful venture

I always enjoyed it when one of my children came home after a long day at school telling me they had to dress up for some random themed day. I would straight away start to wonder what facial design I could do for them. I would often volunteer my time to schools and pre-schools and loved seeing the children's faces light up when they saw their reflection. 

Having not long had my 4th child I was stuck in a cycle of washing ironing, cleaning,nappy changing and nagging, and wondered if I actually had any brain left to use!! My Husband arranged for me to attend an intensive business and enterprise course which was run by a fantastic organisation called Maybe magazine based in Milton Keynes, my husband hoped it would give me something other than the mummy rut!! to think about!  The course filled me with inspiration and my head swam with ideas!! "I could always start a small face painting business" i said to my husband nervously?? A business face painting!! ....Mini Masterpieces face painting by Nicky was born.

I have many ideas about where I want to take this little venture, the services I would like to provide and where I want to take it in the future... But above all... I want to provide a fun and friendly face painting service for the smallies who helped me to realise a dream....
